Bar graphs
My Reflection:
This is my graph of when Room 13 people go to bed, this was a little tricky for me but I got the hang of it soon. We had to collect data to finish our graph, we also had to know how we had done and who we hadn't so I ticked the people that I had done. I hope I can do some more graphs on the laptop and on paper. Next time I do this I would like to do a pie graph.

Learning to Write a Narrative: Our collaborative e-story about Allegro the Cockroach
My Reflection: Room 13 and I have made a story called The Musical Cockroach, and the cockroach is called Allegro. Cameron and I have written another story about Allegro - it's called Allegro Learns How to Use an iPad. We learned how to do proper punctuation with our stories like question marks and speech marks and a lot of other things. I well upload it once its done. We made the stories on the iPads we used Book Creator, the kids had to take the pictures with there parterres no one else. This was a very
exciting moment.

Learning to write a readers respons.
My Reflection
I am proud of my reader's response because I put a lot of effort into it. I really thought about how my life connected to the poem. This was a fun activity even though this poem was quite hard. We had to learn when the poet wrote this to give us some more information.
Next, I would like to keep on reading poems and responding to them.

Learning to solve maths word problems
Reflection on my learning:
This term I have been learning how to solve maths word problems.
I learned that drawing a problem can help you figure out what is happening. It helps my mind to remember.
To do this problem I used my times table knowledge to help help work out 5 x $4 and 5 x 50c. I also drew a picture of the doll and the pocket money to make it easier to work out how many weeks she would need to save for.
I have also learned how to act out a problem and how to use a grid. I like using a grid because it's fun and it helps you to remember the doubles of big numbers.
Next, I would like to keep using grids.
